Challenge
The company was looking to expand the business and diversify its activities in order to strengthen its position in a competitive market.
My solution
I led strategic planning exercise, determining critical targets and actions for a long-term company success. The business also underwent a branding exercise to better capture its vision, brand personality, target customers, and value proposition.
Results
- Identified the new target markets and audiences, defined the USP
- Created the second brand in order to reach new target audience
- Developed and implemented a 12-month communications plan with a focus on social media
- Implemented new website based on the new brand positioning
- Effectively established new brand on social media, fostering awareness and loyalty organically
- Instagram: organic growth from 0 to 2,5K followers in 6 months, post reach 64%, reels reach 99%, ER 16%
