Challenge
The growing company needed to identify and improve the areas that were harming its efficiency. The owner was looking to improve business performance and profitability.
My solution
I started with an assessment of the current state, identified critical priorities and fields of improvement in sales and marketing areas, and defined a 12-month action plan. I also proposed and implemented team reorganisation.
Results
- Structured work processes to improve the teams´ performance
- Defined the Roles & Responsibilities and Job descriptions for Sales, Marketing and Customer Care areas
- Adapted the CRM concept to the company profile, tailor-made system rolled out
- Set up targets and KPIs to help management track and measure progress
- Established the annual employee interview to provide and receive feedback
- Improved and leaveraged employee engagement to reach better performance
